Fees and Placement Guarantees
Search Atlanta, Incorporated is a retained house meaning all placement agreements are exclusive in nature requiring a paid retainer. All agreements, unless expressly agreed otherwise, carries a guarantee on each candidate hired under any retained agreement for a period of up to one (1) year from the date on which the employment of a candidate begins. In the event that it is determined that this guarantee has to be implemented, Search Atlanta, Incorporated will replace any candidate that leaves the employ of the client for any reason, whether it is for voluntary reasons or the client determines the candidate is no longer suitable for the position originally hired and dismisses the candidate from its employ.
This guarantee does not apply to those situations where a Client incurs a lay off, abolishes a candidate's position, changes the original terms of hiring, the Client intentionally misrepresents working conditions, or the description of the position offered and accepted by the Candidate is modified. Client must notify Search Atlanta, Incorporated in writing at P.O. Box 674899, Marietta, GA 30006-0006 or via email at saisales@search-atlanta.net within 10 days of termination or guarantee void.
All fees due Search Atlanta, Incorporated are based upon a percentage of a candidate's actual first year annual earnings. The annual earnings shall include a reasonable estimate of all annual monies earned by the candidate, including commissions, bonuses, and other incentives along with the salary offered by the Client to the candidate hired.
It is the policy of Search Atlanta, Incorporated to conduct all inquiries as to conform with all Federal, State, and local laws governing Equal Employment Opportunity practices.
